The Rooster Restaurant & Jamison Guest House

Since the change of ownership in 2014, significant energy efficient renovations have been made throughout the Jamison Guest House and Rooster Restaurant, including double glazed windows, installation of a timer for the central heating, LED back lighting in the bar area, changes to the types of globes used for the chandeliers and increased awareness of kitchen waste.
